We offer appointments that are flexible and convenient. These include Daytime, Evenings, Weekends and even Statutory Holidays.

We also provide flexible types of appointments from:

  • Telephone Appointment
  • On-Line Appointment where you can use your smartphone, tablet, notebook or computer to securely have a two-way video appointment with us. This can include us showing you results on screen as well as capturing documents, photo’s and scans of your source information.
  • On-Site Appointments where we come to your location in our modern Mobile Office complete with all the immunities of our office including secure WiFi, Printers and Signature Capturing. We can conduct all types of appointments using our mobile office from Personal Tax Returns to Year End Review and Business Consulting.
  • In-Office Appointments can be held at either of our Lower Mainland of Southern BC Interior offices as well as at one of over 10 shared offices located in the Lower Mainland, Southern BC Interior and Northern Washington State.

Telephone Appointments occur on your schedule. You have us without disruption for the schedule amount of time.
Online appointments give you the best of both words! You get a quickly schedule appointment (normally within 24-48 hours) but also get a face to face appointment with us. We use bank encrypted video software used by Fortune 500 companies to ensure your privacy. During this appointment you can even send us files, document images and pictures.

We send you the instructions which is quite simple. Using your smartphone, tablet, computer or notebook you just click on the unique link within the appointment (which can be added automatically to your Google, Apple or Microsoft calendar) at the appointment time. You may be asked to install a small secure app so that the appointment can be securely held.  For more information you can also click here.

On-Site appointments include us arriving to your desired location (provide address below) with our mobile office.

Our Mobile Offices  resemble our office complete with secure WIFI access, printers, signature capture allowing us to complete any type of appointment (Personal Income Tax, Year End Review, Business Consulting, Financial Planning etc.) with the flexibility and convenience of having your accountant come to your home, business or any location within the Lower Mainland, Fraser Valley and through out Southern British Columbia and Northern Washington. During the personal income tax season, we suggest you book early as we do run out of on-site appointments.

In-Office appointments are available at our Lower Mainland, BC Southern Interior and even at one of over 10 shared office spaces across the Lower Mainland, Fraser Valley, Southern Interior or Northern Washington State. Note that using a shared office does incur an additional fee however can include special equipment such as projection or a board room or meeting room environment.

If you are including files in this appointment request, we except all file formats. We ask that you make sure of the following:

  • Document does not contain a password of if it does include this in the notes below.
  • Scanned documents should be clear to read with a minimum resolution of 150 and a maximum resolution of 600. If you do not have a scanner, you can use your smartphone to take clear large pictures, (note below).
  • Pictures of documents should be clear and please send the large sized image so that we can zoom in to see details if needed.
  • If you are sending us multiple slips or receipts you can include several on a 8.5 x 11 size page and please make sure you either scan or take a picture that you follow the above.
  • If you have files that are in excess of 15 or a combined size in excess of 30 megabytes, please send us the files separately by clicking here to use our third party large filed submission service (Opens to New Tab or Window). Note the combined size limit is 20 Gigabytes.

IMPORTANT: Prior to continuing with the submission of this request, please wait for all the files to complete the uploading process. This may only take a few moments or several minutes depending on what type of Cellular or WiFi connection you have. You will see a progress bar for each attachment showing you the remaining time. Once uploaded each attachment will briefly show a checkmark.

We use reCAPTCHA as a security measure. Select the “I’m not a Robot” below and you will be asked to select several images from a selection based on a specified criteria. Once completed the reCAPTCHA will display a green check mark.

The last step is to click on the Submit button below but before you do, take a moment, scroll up and make sure everything looks correct and then continue by Clicking the Select button below.

Note that it may taken between a couple of moments to several minutes for the submission to complete (depending on both your connection speed and if you attached files to this request.
